Great question! Our latest dynamic VW glossy logo is about 7mm thick. Previously, the older dynamic VW glossy logo was about 20-24mm thick, which was too thick for a radar signal to pass through the LED logo. Therefore, the older generation dynamic VW glossy logo affects the functionality of the radar. That's why we didn't recommend installing it before.

However, thanks to the new generation of Dynamic VW illuminated logo, it is ACC/radar compatible for emergency braking functions.
